By accessing or using the Velox platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Velox is an AI-powered business management platform that provides tools for commerce, marketing, customer relationship management, practice management, and related business operations. The Service is provided as a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Workspaces and Data

Each account operates within a workspace. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for purposes other than providing the Service.

5. Subscription and Billing

• The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate text, analysis, and recommendations. AI outputs are provided as suggestions only and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
• Upload malicious content, malware, or spam
• Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
