Business Data: Customer records, transactions, appointments, cases, documents, invoices, and other data you input into the platform. This data belongs to you.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device and browser information. Collected to improve the Service.

Payment Information: Credit card and billing details are processed securely by our payment partners (Stripe and Razorpay). We do not store your full card number.

Processed in-session only. Data sent to AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) for generation is not stored by them beyond the session.
Workspace-isolated. One workspace's data is never accessible to another workspace's AI features.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

Service Providers: Payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay), email delivery (SendGrid), SMS providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. These parties process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice to users.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Workspace-level data isolation

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
